  • 1.  WP's are not getting started

    Hi Team,

    I had been trying to start the WP's. But it's not getting started; after a few seconds, it's automatically going down, and here are the logs I got:

    Please let me know what I am supposed to do.

    Hi Siddharth,

    Unfortunately, the provided information is not sufficient to debug the issue. I would recommend you to take a look at the process logs from the AE/temp folder and see if you can find any obvious culprit or potential problem in the configuration.

    Check whether UCsrvwp.exe is actually present on the server or not?

    May try to "Reset public Agent Key" from Administration tab from Client 0. This error is common on some agent upgrades - but would also likely show in the smgr log (not the agent log).
