From:     The Broadcom CA 7 Workload Automation Product Team

Subject:  General Availability Announcement for Workload Automation Observability for CA 7
    Workload Automation & Intelligence 12.1

On behalf of Broadcom, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-
quality, innovative software and services.  As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we
regularly release updated versions of our products.  Today, we are pleased to announce a new
capability Workload Automation Observability is now available.

This capability provides a modern and flexible way for System Operators, SREs, and application
developers to work with CA 7 job events. By leveraging OpenTelemetry™-compliant observability
platforms and their rich capabilities, these teams can create self-service monitoring dashboards, utilize
built-in' AI/ML capabilities to generate insights and proactive alerting, and easily integrate with 3rd party
    tools using natively available integrations.

When capability is fully implemented, each participating instance of CA 7 delivers a continuous stream
of event notifications in near real-time to the OpenTelemetry-compliant observability platform you
    choose.

To enable this capability for your CA 7 systems, both PTF LU15294
and the Workload Automation Observability 12.1 non-z/OS services must be installed.  Workload
Automation Observability 12.1 includes distributed container images that are deployable to Red Hat
Enterprise OpenShift (x86).  For the Workload Automation Observability services, we offer installation
of the required container images using a conventional install package or directly from Broadcom's
    online registry.

We encourage you to visit the CA 7 product information page and technical documentation site.

You can download the components to enable Workload Automation Observability from Broadcom
