Workflow and job statistic

Hello, 

We've received a inquiry regarding the need to monitor and track detailed data about workflows and their associated jobs. This includes metrics such as the total duration of each workflow, the runtime of individual jobs within the workflows, their start and end times, and other relevant details.

Is this data available, and if so, how can we access it? Our goal is to gather these details daily, allowing us to analyze trends and behavior patterns of workflows over an extended period. By comparing the newly collected data with historical records, we aim to derive meaningful statistical insights.

Has anyone previously undertaken a similar project or implemented a comparable solution?

There are several options.

You can simply export the data with SQL. However, you will have to develop everything after that yourself. Automic Analytics could also help. This stores runtime data in a separate database that you can access with AWI dashboards. And then there's AAI or XInfo/SmartIS. It really depends on your skills, requirements and budget.
