    Subject:  General Availability Announcement for WLA Observability Component of CA 7 OpenTelemetry 12.1.01 for CA 7 Workload Automation & Intelligence 12.1 

    On behalf of Broadcom, we appreciate your business and the opportunity to provide you with high-quality, innovative software and services.  As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success, we regularly release updated versions of our products.  Today, we are pleased to announce that WLA Observability 12.1.01, the non z/OS component of CA 7 OpenTelemetry, is now available. 

    This update contains security fixes, installation and deployment improvements, and other general maintenance.  For more information please refer to Tech Docs.

    Updates in Release 12.1.01

    • Upgraded Tomcat (10.0.xx) for its updates and security fixes 
    • Upgraded third-party product dependencies to address security vulnerabilities
    • TLS Configuration Utility to aid in configuration
    • Role-Bindings (RBAC) not required for Apache Ignite IP discovery
    CA 7 Requirements
    • No new CA 7 PTF Maintenance is required for WLA Observability 12.1.01
