Indicates that the user account lacks the necessary permissions to access Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) library files or that specific registry keys are missing for that user profile. Because it works fine for the administrator but fails for domain users, it is likely a permissions or profile-specific integration issue.
Verify Permissions for Domain UsersEnsure that domain users have Read & Execute permissions to the Symantec installation folder.Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\Right-click the folder, select Properties, and go to the Security tab. Ensure the Domain Users group (or the specific user) has "Read & Execute" permissions

My server has a server 2019 system installed, I installed Symantec SEP under Administraot user and everything is fine, but when I switch to domain user login, the icon of SEP is not displayed on the taskbar, and I right-click on any folder and an error is reported.
