Virus definitions not updating from 1st April 2025

and  LIVE update had an  internal error

I'm wondering if 14.2 RU1 is no longer supported

Raised a case with Broadcom yesterday and this was their response.

SEP version 14.0 to 14.2 reached End Of Support (EOS) on December 31, 2024, which means that virus definitions updates were supposed to be discontinued since this date, however, Broadcom decided to extend it for a while (until the end of March) to give our customers more time to upgrade their product (ref: How to find End of Service dates for Endpoint Protection<https: knowledge.broadcom.com external article 263064 changes-in-service-and-support-for-syman.html>).

Unfortunately, starting April 1st, there is no other option to keep your devices fully protected than upgrading to a supported version of SEP.

I have same issue , I have SEP v14.2 , it showing all catalogs downloaded but 0 update available

Same issue. Ticket open. Looks like we need to upgrade SEPM from 14.2. Additional issue is the newer version of SEPM requires a newer server OS. Ugh.

Kindly upgrade your SEPM manager and/or SEP versions to 14.3 or later to continue receiving your desired content.
