  • 1.  V.24 - Integration FTP Agent not available in the market place

    Dear All,

    The AA v.24 talks about an Integration.ftp_Agent that one should download from marketplace.

    Download the FTP installation package from https://marketplace.automic.com/. It is called Integration.ftp_Agent_<version>+build.<build number>.zip.

    But not able to find it. The search doesnot list it. How to get it?

    Ideally it should be part of the install image, not sure why it is excluded.

    Can someone from Broadcom  please comment on where to get this FTP agent. It is not there under market place nor under the latest image.

    Hi Peter,

    We know that the Integration FTP agent was part of one of 21.09 builds. The binary was then removed and only a doc file was included in the later images. Same continued in v24. And the doc claims that one should download the Integration agent from marketplace. But till date there is no such agent under marketplace.

    Below is a snippet from the v24 update doc.

     

    There is a problem with what is officially documented and it needs to be addressed.

    The latest v24 build (28th Feb) has the Integration FTP agent binaries. This takes care the above problem.

    We apologize for the inconvenience due to a bug found by one of our customers just before releasing Automic Automation v24 (including Integration FTP). As this bug is now fixed the shipment of the (updated) Integration FTP v21 and v24 will start soon.
