  • 1.  Utility inatallation error

    Hello, I'm currently trying to install Automic Automation V21 in a OS Suse, i've already configured my DSN, and and ip. The installation is distributed, I've got my DB in a windows 2016 server, and my AE in the SUSE server, DB Oracle 19c, the connection between the servers works just fine but when I try to charge the utilities and the configuration the following mistake appears

    Hi Luis,

    There is a log file under utilities temp directory, you can see the proper error message in the log file to identify the issue.

    Hi Luis,

    error code 3531 means "Error while checking data source (e.g. code conversion or driver problem, see log file)."

    You will find more details in the log. 

    Please make sure you have installed the full Oracle Client and configured tnsnames.ora accordingly. Use tnsping to test if the database is reachable.

    Make sure the JDBC library is installed correctly.
