UTF8 Automic package for AE V24.3 Upgrade

Hi All

For upgrade to v24.3 we are currently running the Automic UTF8 action pack for changing the DB codeset to UTF8. but when we are triggering the workflow it gets stuck at generating status in the 4th Job and nothing is happening as shown in below screenshot.

Can someone help it here ? as we are in the middle of upgrade and want to get this fixed ASAP.

what happened to the first failed task? The status shows "blocked"?

What displayed in the report of #4?
