Users are able to submit multiple feedbacks on the same survey template, but I want to restrict this if the same user tries to open the same survey link again, it will show that the survey has already been submitted.

But when I enable Use Stricter Rules user gets the survey link the first time only from the second ticket user did not get any survey link.

Hi,

You should use Submit Cyle =1 and Use Stricter Rules? = No

I think this resolve you problem.
