Unix job is not generation any report in Automic

Hello team, 

We're encountering an issue with an Automic unix job that isn't completing successfully and isn't generating log reports. Meanwhile, the underlying script runs without issues when executed directly on the server.

Also, we observed same job ran successfully in the production environment.

We have attached the agent log for you to look over.

Also, i have added the jcl of the particular execution which is aborting

One of the first things I tell people that state that it runs fine when run directly on the server, but not in Automic, I ask if it is running with the same userid.

So is this job sitting in an Active status, or something else?  (e.g., Generating?)

Does the Details view show anything of interest?

Have you been able to execute anything on this agent using this same user?  Or does the problem appear to be related to this RMBMetadataDealsInbound.sh script in particular?

Does this script trigger some sort of background process/daemon that might explain why the job isn't completing?
