Please forgive us if the translation is difficult to read due to machine translation.
We have a virtual guest that is not connected to the Internet and Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager is installed there.
The other day, when I tried to log in, I forgot my password and could not log in.
I executed "resetpass.bat" in the installation folder, but the "ASA¥win32" and "ASA¥win64" folders described in the batch file did not exist and the password could not be initialized.
Could you please tell us how to initialize the password for the management console in an offline environment?
    Thank you.

In recent versions this batch file is not supposed to work.

Use the password reset functionality provided by the product and check this KB article to see if it will be applicable to your scenario SEPM password reset while self defined as smtp server (default config) .
