We have tested this behavior and have not been able to reproduce your problem. You are using an unsupported version of ARD, so I recommend you upgrade first. I attempted to post this but cannot see it on the board; so am posting again.
I am trying to export from ARD to Visio but am getting the below error.
I have never tried exporting to Visio before.
I have no issues exporting to PDF or image for example.
Even if the canvas is blank it still has an error.
Advice appreciated
