UDP Port monitoring by SPM

Hello,

I want to monitor UDP ports on few servers using SPM tests. We have windows servers configured with sysedge agent acting as SPM test hosts and while trying to configure UDP, i don't see the capability as checked.
After going through various articles I got to know that Service Response Monitor plugin is required to be installed on test host.

Can anyone help with this plugin and the steps that are to be carried out to complete the process?
