Hi Experts,
We are using automic version 21.0.5 in our environment, some time we see a time out error for connecting agent in job log which delay submitting underlying task in the job. i check Agent logs and i see TLS handshake error with wrong version number error PFB.
time out error resolves after agent restart.
I checked the TLS version installed on both master and Agent servers on both we have SSLv3 , TLSv1 , TLSv1.2 and TLSv1.3 . anything we are missing here to configure. or what could be the reason to throw this error.
