On behalf of the SYSVIEW product team, we are pleased to announce that the SYSVIEW Conditions application and the SYSVIEW Application Server (SYSVAPPS) were enhanced and contain new commands. The enhancements are delivered to you in Feature PTF LU14174. This PTF also delivers several miscellaneous enhancements to SYSVIEW.
The following list summarizes the SYSVIEW Conditions application and SYSVAPPS enhancements:
Enhanced SYSVIEW Applications and Services
Conditions Application
You can now specify a unique Alert Central Connector instance when more than one instance exists.
Collector Service
Enhanced to improve the performance of data collection.
Schedule Service
You can now schedule multiple time windows in the same day.

- Now supports filtering Alerts by Alert Severity.
- The Alert Details now opens in a side panel.
Help & Support Menu
Contains a new About menu item that displays version and other related information about the application.
Page Performance and Design
Several pages were enhanced to improve performance, alignment, fit, and finish.
New SYSVAPPS Menu
SYSVIEW contains a new SYSVIEW Application Server Menu that lets you easily access SYSVAPPS commands.
New SYSVAPPS Commands
SYSVIEW contains new SYSVAPPS commands that display information to help you monitor and manage SYSVAPPS servers.

Enhanced HSMREQ and ICSF Commands
The commands were enhanced to let SYSVIEW Conditions application users monitor data that was previously available only as information area fields.
Feature PTF LU14174 also delivers the following miscellaneous enhancements:
New Common Optional Parameter Command Syntax
All SYSVIEW primary commands now support the capability to process optional parameters before SYSVIEW executes a primary command.
New JVM Health Check
SYSVIEW contains a new Health Check named JVMMON. The Health Check lets you analyze JVMs on the system to determine if they are monitored by the SYSVIEW JVM Agent. For more information, see Health Check Enhancements.
Enhanced Commands
CPCSUM and CPCLPAR
The commands contain new data fields. These new fields can be used to aid in the analysis of CPC capacity and consumption.
EMAILTO and PRINT
The commands were enhanced to print SYSVIEW displays in CSV format. Use the new CSV parameter on the commands to specify CSV format.

KEYRINGS
Contains a new SerialNum data field. The field displays the serial number for certificates.
UFILESYS
Contains new parameters and new information fields. The new parameters and fields help to determine when a zFS is reaching its maximum space allocation. For more detailed information about the new parameters and fields, see USS Enhancements.
DASDRESP
The command contains a new VTOC line command. The line command invokes the VTOC command to let you display a list of data sets that reside on the selected volume.
