On behalf of the SYSVIEW product team, we are pleased to announce that the SYSVIEW Option for CICS is enhanced. It provides you with compatibility support for the IBM CICS Transaction Server (TS) version 6.3 ETP13 Open Beta, which enables early adopters of the beta to monitor CICS using SYSVIEW.
This PTF (LU17453) also provides you with several miscellaneous enhancements. The following list summarizes the miscellaneous enhancements.
- New CSTATS command: SYSVIEW users can now access statistics and configuration information for the CICS statistics domain. The SYSTEM and XSYSTEM options allow for comparisons of settings across multiple CICS regions, which helps to ensure consistency, optimize performance, and diagnose issues across multiple CICS regions.
- Enhanced CICS commands: The enhanced commands contain new fields, new parameters, and other miscellaneous enhancements. For more information about the enhancements, see Enhanced CICS Commands in the SYSVIEW documentation.
