Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager logs are not getting exported

Hi team I am using SEP v 14.3 RU 10 on-prem version. I have followed this link for exporting log data to a text file, below are the configurations I have set for this,

But still the dumps folder is not getting created, I already have around 30 audit events generated but they are not getting dumped in the text file.

You can create the folder manually in that location, if it is not done automatically by sepm.
