Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response idle timeout

Hello,

 

I would like to know if there is an existing configuration option for setting an idle timeout in Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR-4.10). Specifically, I am looking for a way to define an automatic session timeout or screen inactivity timeout for users logged into the management console.

Hi Muhammet,

At the moment it is not possible to modify the default user session timeout value. This could be considered as a future feature enhancement that you could submit through your Symantec partner via their local Catalyst partner.
