I am not aware of a version 19 for Automic Workload Automation. There was version 12.3 before 21, and version 12 before 12.3. Here is the support cycle matrix doc: Automic Download Center - Product Support Lifecycle

AFAIK there are no plans from Broadcom to postpone the EOL date. But you can reach out to a certified Automic partners and ask to provide support after EOL: https://expert.broadcom.com/?expertise=Automic+Automation+%28Workload+Automation%29&isKnightsOnStaff=on&partnerTypeAuthorizedTechnicalSupport=authorizedTechnicalSupport
