Hi Shravan (and everyone else)
I have the same issue in V12.3.9+HF2 (already had it in 12.3.5).
In the graphical Monitor it's displayed as "blocked", in the process monitor list it's displayed correct.
Happens also when an event gets cancelled because of running in a timeout.
Looks like a bug...
