We keep getting an error connection between API platform and the FTP server. The connection completed via SSH command. Below is the list of errors we have observed on multiple event

If we restart the API server, the next API-to-FTP succeeded, but the issue will persist again. We did check the SSH connection on the destination server and it is running fine.
Also, will below fixed issue in version 10.0 CR5 will fix above error?

Fixed an Apache FTPServer issue that caused a Java exception error and prevented the Gateway from accepting new connections.
