SQL deadlocks agents comunnications

Hi, since the last week we are having an issue. When all the agents connects to the manager had the next error:

ERROR: [SQL:1025] Transaction (Process ID xxx) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Transaction (Process ID xxx) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

The agents are trying to connect to the manager and sometimes can do it. And the console is impossible work with that.

If we stop the services and see all that is running on the database, there aren't any query running. But when we start services again, the problem appears.

Same issue with SCSP version 8.0. Support has been working on our issue for more than 6 months. Have you got a resolution for this? Thanks

Kindly open a ticket with Support on this as there are too many variables to consider.  This way we can investigate this further for you.
