Spectrum SP Sign in URL and Entity ID URL

Just a question related to Single Sign config of Spectrum, can we modify or edit the Spectrum SP Sign in URL and SP Entity ID setting to a different URL on spectrum application from GUI or command line? do we have that option anywhere to change and use a different one? 

if yes where and what all places to be modified? Could you pls check and let me know the path / filename which we need to SSO setup.

I don't think that possible. I considered that also, but I ended up creating the client on the IDP, the way that it was defined on the Spectrum side.
