Spectrum don't search IP Address massive in Locater

Hello colleagues, good afternoon.

I have a question about performing an IP search of more than 200 IPs on Spectrum. In the "Locater" field for "By IP Address" when adding more than 200 Ips I get an error message, and it has no description of the detail.



Does anyone know what type of configuration should be made to increase the number of searches? please

I just ran a test with 290 and did not get an error. I am running 22.2.10 in the lab.

What version of Spectrum are you running?

We have the version
DX NetOps Spectrum 20.2.7 OneClick

Previously it worked to search for more than 200 IPs, we previously used a Redhat virtualizer and a migration was made to a VMware virtualizer and the oneclick server customs were completely replicated.

Hello Jose,

This might sound silly, but did you try to close and open again the Java/OneClick tool?

Sometimes Java likes to "act up" because of the memory issues.

Another thing I would try is to check if the list you are importing have valid IP addresses (and no strange characters)?

Try also to narrow down the list size, from 200 to 50 and do it in four step instead of just once (maybe this can help you carry on with your work).
