There aint nothings really new. Wait for the features I asked for in 10.9.5! boom

The primary new features are:  

1. OIDC integration:  you can now integrate logins with your identity provider (e.g. Okta, etc.) and, by extension, enable MFA (assuming you have that set up with your IDP).
2. Introduction of REST APIs for monitoring and malquery, which may be useful for incorporating SMG data in existing operations/automation.

Also, take a look at the announcement of the deprecation of the legacy URL reputation feature.  We listened to customers who pointed out that the extra load on their DNS systems was just too much, so we introduced parallel (and more efficacious) functionality, which does NOT depend on DNS, in an earlier release and will be disabling the legacy URL reputation service later this year.
