Historic alarms will take some additional time due to size. But it is not common for the alarm view to take long with 61 alarms and groups view to take longer time to expand group with 6 hosts.
As Marius updated, it seems like an issue with the database queries. Please check the fragmentation and rebuild indexes if necessary on CM_ , & NAS_ tables.

We're seeing very slow response for some operations in Operator Console on an UIM installation.
For example, opening the normal Alarm List view takes about 40-45 seconds, and shows currently 61 alarms.
If I show historical alarms I get 64789 of them, going back to 2023-11-23.
If I select a specific alarm I can quickly get information about it, but if I go to the "History" tab it again spends a long time "Loading..."
Navigating in the Groups list is quick, until I expand a group to get the list of hosts in the group. Example: I expanded a group with 6 hosts in it, and it took almost a minute to the contents.
This is an installation which was originally done with some old version 8.something, upgraded from 8.5.1 (via 9.0.2 and 20.4) up to currently running 20.4 CU9, on Windows. The database is running on a separate server in the same subnet, using Microsoft SQL Server 2019.
I have checked the system load on the primary HUB, on Operator Console, and on the SQL server, and I don't notice anything that's obviously wrong. Has any of you seen this type of performance problem before?
