session timeout : no warning message

Hi all ,

As you know, the idle session timeout feature came back with v21.0.13. This was something we wanted. Thanks to broadcom for bringing the feature back, but when the timeout happens, the page returns to a blank page, which causes a "is there a problem on awi questions ?" between users. When there is a session timeout, the user should be informed with a  small red colored warning. This was in the old v12. I would ask you to add it in the new versions of v21 or v24. I will also inform the situation with the case.

Can anyone who upgraded v21.0.13 try it? Is it the same for you?

Yes, happens to my users too on V21.0.13. Sometimes they lose access to their specific Queues as well.  I have them close out of their browser and sign in again and it clears up.  Like you, I get "is there a problem with Automic" due to it.

I agree, a "session timeout" message would be nice
