is there anyway available securing emails as per below documentation- we don't want to place password as suggested, is there any way to execute a PowerShell script on the server start event to update the windows.service.properties file with the password coming third party tool. Please suggest if have any  idea on it.

    Hi,

As of now, thats the only way.  Check if your SMTP server has a way encrypt the password and accept the string.

    Hi Nitin,

Thanks, what if password getting changed every week as per policy. Is there any way available so that it can fetch password from tool automatically as updating this manually every week not possible when we don’t know when password will change.

    HI,

You can write some script that will update the password in the script.  The DE server will then need to be restarted.
