  • 1.  Search no longer works on Techdocs for View and Deliver since name change.

    This week the product documentation updated the names of the products from View and Deliver to Output Managment View and Output Managment Deliver. Ever since this update, the search function no longer works in Techdocs as of 9/26/24. Things that would normally return multiple results no longer do. Not sure if the name change is related. I have to download the document as a pdf to perform any kind of search. I know the docs well enough that I can usually find what I'm looking for manually, I just wanted to raise this issue.

    Sorry that this happened.  The manuals are currently being reindexed and hopefully should be complete today.

    Output Management products are currently being re-branded. We apologize for any inconveniences this is causing as we work to resolve the issue.

    As you mentioned, the alternative solution is to use download the manual and perform a search on the manual PDF file.
