Hello, the software is CA Spectrum OneClick Version 9.4.0.0.223.

The error "SCP-OCP-10048 the specrtserver process exited with error unknown error" appeared, what could have caused it?
After this error appears, the ssdb crashes, you have to restore the ssdb and after 40-50 minutes the error SCP-OCP-10048 appears again...

9.4.0 is out of support since 2017. I doubt you'll get an useful response from support over this. I would see if you had changes on the server first. If it ran and it doesn't now, then you might identify the problem.
