Could you please help me, looking for criteria to enter in free use format statement.

Criteria looking for - Last day of month and Sunday, but when use this "last day of month Sunday" it is taking last Sunday on month. But I want to run only if last day of month is Sunday.

Kindly assist here, also gone through doc but unable to get for this scenario.
