    The new SSMWTOR sample OPS/REXX program issues a WTOR giving the operator a list of options for starting or stopping an SSM-managed resource. SSMWTOR can be used as an action clause in the ACTION_TEXT field of an SSM action table to process changes in the current and desired states of a resource. When using SSMV3, the resource action clause is specified by using the resource policy Action Editor that is accessed through OPSVIEW option 4.11.P.
