I have a bunch of legacy Windows servers that have the following agents installed:

    • Asset Management (Am)
    • Remote control (RC)
    • Software Delivery (SD)

I need to remove the agent in an automated manner. Is there any tool to do this (Winoffline perhaps) ?

    Hi Shocko,

I have an SD package that will do this but I will have to look it up on my home PC a bit later.  It reboots the target and runs the removal from a 'runonce' registry key after the reboot, removes registry keys and everything.

Be VERY VERY careful with it, there's a batch file in it which will remove EVERYTHING ITCM from any machine without asking, including your Domain and Enterprise Managers.

    Regards

    Steve McCormick

Found it quicker than I expected - also I told you wrong, it doesn't reboot it just copies the batch file to C:\ then runs it with a START command and exits so the SD job can complete, then RIPS ITCM completely out with a series of MSIEXEC commands. Again, be VERY careful with it when you register it in ITCM and which targets you send it to.
