Required Rally API To pull complete project details

Hi Team,

               Currently, I am working as servicenow developer .I do have requirement from my client i.e need to get/updated whole project details like all stories ,defects, comments and other complete data. So i am looking for API for that.

Thanks for this post!  I work with the team at Optum.  We have actually worked together create a proof of concept in our ConnectAll product around Rally Defects<->SNOW incidents.  We meet with that team next week.  I'll reach out to you via email with my contact information and bring this to the team on Tuesday.
