Could someone please share the steps for deploying the CA Advanced Authentication WAR files on Oracle WebLogic Server 14.1.1?

Deploying the AA related WAR file is nothing different than deploying any WAR file in Weblogic, You can find many articles on Weblogic App server WAR file deployment on Youtube or documentation provided by the Weblogic. Please follow the steps and yo do not need to do anything extra for Weblogic.
