Hello Community,
I'm trying to install the remote tools for Vapp 14.4 prod and receive an error on the install wizard saying 'failed to connect to virtual appliance host'
when trying to access the property files on the server using a browser i'm getting a permissions denied.
I can also see in the httpd server logs the deny message :
file permissions deny server access: /opt/CA/VirtualAppliance/webapp/ExternalTools/CA-IM_BulkLoadClient.properties
When looking at the QA env. i see that the permissions are not the same than in production and can correctly access the files in the browser.
QA :
drwxr-xr-x. 10 apache apache 197 Feb 29 09:37 webapp
While in production they are set to :
drwxr-x---. 10 apache apache 197 Mar 17 11:42 webapp
I cannot chmod since i'm on a vapp.
Does anyone have an idea how i can solve this ?
