There is no such task, for attributes "refresh".

Environment details: Symantec IGA (CA IM 14.3) and provisioning the user and its attribute to ldap via provisioning account templates.
I'm observed that some of the attributes are not in sync between Symantec IGA to ldap and hence looking for an attribute refresh task in CA IDM that could force sync the existing value of the user's attribute in IM to ldap. I tried to test this manually, and observeda strange behavior - if i change the user attributes value from x to y, sync works fine but if i just modify the attributes value with same value - the change is not registered hence sync from IM to ldap is not triggered (note: here the attribute value in IM and ldap is not in sync).
Do we have attribute refresh event in CA IDM that could push the same existing value from IM to ldap for the users? Any other inputs/suggestions are welcome.
