  • 1.  RC Status = Locked, why?

    Hello dudes,

     

    why, or what is the cause because and agent show off a RC Status = Locked?

     

    We had 902 machines with this RC status. so I right clicked the computers - Remote Control - Unlock. So the numbers changed. from 902 to 14. but i checked today and now there's 38 machines with this status.

     

    Why ocur this? could be a "human" change? or is 100% a software issue?

     

     

    And why, I repeat the process to unlock them and the RC status keeps locked?

    Also, The Remote Control Policy: Start locked is false.

    Hi Oscar

     

    I Have done some research on this and cannot find any previous cases which probably explains why you have not had any update.

     

    Can I suggest you raise a support case so we can investigate fully.

    HI Oscar Gonzalez,

    Please do the following and provide us with logs.
    1. Pick any one machine which is current RC status is locked.
    2. Login to this machine via RDP and set the trace level to detail.
    3. Now use DSM explorer to unlock machine.
    5. Lets wait for status to change back to Lock.
    6. Now provide us logs from the machine.

    17.3 is the version for the past Service Desk. Did you mean to post here?

    If yes, what version of Client Automation are you using?
