Query on tags

Hi Experts,

Could anyone advise on this. We have set below tags in AWS instance. However, it doesn't work as expected in PAM.

XsuiteGroups - we couldn't view the device in PAM
XsuiteIgnore - the device is visible on PAM

Hi Atifah, In general these tags are known to work. As far as the group tag goes, did you specify a group name as value of that XsuiteGroups that exists in PAM and has AWS as provisioning type? If that's not the case, the device may not be added. If you think you did everything right and it still is not working for you, please open a case with PAM Support.

Do we need to set the value for XsuiteIgnore tags as well?

Hi Atifah, No, the value of the xsuiteignore (or pamignore) tag doesn't matter. And the tag name is case insensitive.
