The Robot_rpm 9.36 package is not available on the UIM Admin page, and since our server is offline, I cannot download it directly. I need a link to a publicly accessible page where I can download the 9.36 robot RPM file. Could you please provide the correct download URL for this package?

The UIM version is 20.4 CU4, and the operating system is RHEL 9.X.

    I attempted to use this link, but the 9.36 robot package is not available at this location. https://support.nimsoft.com/Default.aspx?center=felles/loginSmall&tourl=felles/archive&name=archive" href="https://support.nimsoft.com/Default.aspx?center=felles/loginSmall&tourl=felles/archive&name=archive" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank" class="fui-Link ___1q1shib f2hkw1w f3rmtva f1ewtqcl fyind8e f1k6fduh f1w7gpdv fk6fouc fjoy568 figsok6 f1s184ao f1mk8lai fnbmjn9 f1o700av f13mvf36 f1cmlufx f9n3di6 f1ids18y f1tx3yz7 f1deo86v f1eh06m1 f1iescvh fhgqx19 f1olyrje f1p93eir f1nev41a f1h8hb77 f1lqvz6u f10aw75t fsle3fq f17ae5zn" title="https://support.nimsoft.com/default.aspx?center=felles/loginsmall&tourl=felles/archive&name=archive">https://support.nimsoft.com/Default.aspx?center=felles/loginSmall&tourl=felles/archive&name=archive

    Hi Geetha,

Unfortunately I am not aware of a page where this can be downloaded directly; From the support.nimsoft.com page you can get a link to download the package called "robot_rpm" but this package is intended to be downloaded to your UIM Archive and deployed to the primary server, and it updates the UIM Admin Page itself, which as you mentioned in not accessible.

Is the server entirely offline?  If it's just UIM itself that is down you can find the RPM packages on the primary UIM hub under the \Nimsoft\install\setup\ folder - all the RPM packages which you can get to from the UIM Admin page are in this folder.

If that's not an option the only other thing I can suggest is to open a support case - someone from Support can obtain the unpacked rpm file and attach it to a case for you.
