Prohibit the installation of unsupported agents on engine

I would like to prohibit the installation of unsupported agents on our Automic engines.

Is this possible and how?

Hi @Sabine Arthur!

I interpret the term "prohibit the installation" in that way that you do not want that unknown or outdated Agents connect to the Automation Engine.

• Change the Agent Authentication to LOCAL_REMOTE. This allows that only Agents created by Automic-admins can connect to the system

• Enable CAU for desired Agents. This guarantees that the Agent's binaries version is set by Automation-admins

• Adopt HSTA settings in Client 0
