Problem with task deactivation after Update to 21.0.10

After updating from version 21.0.8 to 21.0.10 we observe the following behavior.
A workflow, for example  JOBP2, is integrated into another workflow, for example JOBP1. 
JOBP2 is deactivated by removing the "Active" option in the General-Tab.
If JOBP1 is now started, JOBP2 remains under Process Monitoring with the status "ENDED_INACTIVE_OBJECT - Object is inactive due to definition".
We managed to deactivate the JOBP2 by setting the same status with "Modify Status Manually".
We informed our support.
