Problem with sap agent

Hello all,

We have installed the sap agent on our windows sap server. Since we upgraded to 24.2 from 21.0 we have the following issue.
If the windows sap Server restarted after patching the windows and sap agent connect successful to the Automation engin. 
During the start of the sap Agent the sap system is still not available. If the sap System is up and running we could not start any sap job.
We have to Restart the sap Agent if the sap System is up and running. I've already checked some parameters.

Any idea how the agent could successful reconnect if the sap system is up and running?
