probe processes

Dear community, I have the following scenario: I am currently monitoring the listener process for each node with the process probe, monitoring 3 listener processes, I have 2 nodes that form an oracle rac, the problem is that if the listener goes down on node A it starts up on node B, the poor alarm on node A is that the process went down, is there a way that I am alarmed if the process goes down and does not start up on node B and that it does not alarm if the process goes down on node A and does start up on node B.
