I don't believe we document on our site all the third party tools/libs unless we are required to include a license snippet in the EULA.
There may be some third-party doc that may go out with Spectrum and Portal that may include a list the some/all third party info.
Since they are on 20.2, they are WAY behind in security releases to Jetty/tomcat/mysql/vertica/java/thirdpartylibs.
We will always say to upgrade to the latest and you are welcome to then scan and report any vulnerabilities the scan tool reports. Be detailed with the report or we can't fix the vulnerability.

Thank you for your response. Do you know if there is any documentation where this is mentioned, since I did not see anything similar in the manual, and since my client is requesting the information for the security area?

User access count depends on Portal and vertica resources.
We allow 40 RIB calls to all data sources to run across all user. 1 RIB call per view at a minimum, and some do more than 1 RIB call.
So longer a view takes to get data, the longer some users may need to wait for data to load. The more views per-page, the longer it takes to load when 20, 30, 50 users are trying to access at the same time.
Portal doesn't use tomcat (use Jetty), but Spectrum OneClick servers do run tomcat.
20.2.1 is way past it's EOL. Only 23.3 and 24.3 are currently supported, I believe. So step 1 would be to get on a supported version of the NetOps.

Dear community, my user is asking me the following:
How many users does the application support simultaneously?
Does the application use Tomcat?
I have version 20.2.1 of PM
Could you guide me?
