    Hi Team,

    Could you please share the documentation for creating a new user & resetting password for DXP 20.3 APM ?

    I am relatively new to this forum, please excuse my ignorance if it is already mentioned anywhere else.

    It's self-service if using the local user configuration. There's a link to request a password reset on the login page.

    A tenant admin can also reset users when using local user configuration.

    If connected via SAML, then the user would need to request a password reset from your domain/LDAP administrators.

    If you need to reset the masteradmin account, please go to the support portal and look for KB Article 206620.
