Hello, The PAM_USR_SYNC patch should not have any impact on users that are able to log on to PAM and start access sessions, it may have been a coincidence. There is one active case concerned with this error message. I suggest you also open a case with PAM Support.

Hi guys,
We are currently experiencing an error where the PAM session terminates even though the user is actively using it. Thanks to a support case, the PAM_USR_SYNC patch was uploaded and everything worked fine for a while, but the error has reappeared and we don't know what caused it.
Has anyone encountered the same type of error or know what might be causing it?
