I agree with Ralf, but want to add that this may occur due to security tools as well. For example a client security software, like McAfee, quarantining files or otherwise manipulating the client's access to it's files. Some customers require whitelisting the PAM install directory in those applications.

Hello Chad, Can you clarify what PAM release you are running, and on which OS you have your PAM client installed? If this is an installation on Windows that is meant to be used by all users, you may have a problem with folder permissions, see KB 208006.

I have been troubleshooting this problem for months and cannot find a solution.
When I load the PAM client after a fresh install, everything works fine. However, it only works that one time. Beginning with the second attempt to run the program, after the login prompt, the client just displays a blank screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
