A connection to a database (external to UIM) is being tried to be created through the WebApp dashboard designer.
When I try the connection through sqlplus on the server where the wasp probe is located, it is successful.
However, when I try to enter the same credentials in the wasp probe, the same error appears as when I first tried to connect through sqlplus. The only difference is that the connection is never established.
